Had a chat with a retired programmer that changed how I think about AI tools
He told me he uses AI to catch edge cases in his code, not write it for him. Said relying on it for the logic was like letting someone else do your sit-ups. Made me rethink whether I'm leaning on AI too hard or using it right. Any of you adjust how you use these tools after a conversation like that?
