Found a study showing AI art detection tools fail 40% of the time and nobody talks about it
I stumbled on this paper from MIT where they tested 8 different AI image detectors and the best one still got it wrong nearly half the time, so how can we trust any platform that uses these to ban users?

Honestly my own eyes fail at detecting AI art 40% of the time too.

Yeah 40% sounds about right for me too honestly. I think I'm actually getting worse at it the more I try. Like now I'm seeing AI artifacts in real photos and real mistakes in AI ones.
