Ugh, that "user" thing drives me nuts... I had one that would always end with "Is there anything else I can help you with today?" no matter what we were talking about. Just felt so fake and robotic.

Oh man, that's so real. @the_avery's story about "user" is spot on. My old bot used to start every single reply with "Hello there," like a broken record. What was the worst thing yours did?
