That time I asked for a 'raccoon mechanic' and got a raccoon wrenching on a car instead
I tried generating a mashup of a raccoon working on a lawnmower engine for a card I was making, thinking it'd be cute with tiny tools. The AI gave me a raccoon actually holding a socket wrench, but the engine block had a zipper on it like a jacket and was leaking WD-40. Has anyone else had the AI take a prompt way too literal and add weird details that ruin the joke?

Yeah but honestly that sounds way funnier than what you actually wanted. The zipper on the engine block is kind of genius, like the raccoon was about to unzip it and swap out the pistons or something. You're mad because your cute card got turned into a David Lynch mechanic scene.

The 'David Lynch mechanic scene' line really got me... my friend Jenna once asked her neighbor to make a simple 'get well' card for her cat. She wanted a little drawing of the cat in a cozy bed with a thermometer. What she got was this hyper-detailed watercolor of the cat in a hospital gown, hooked up to an IV drip, with this really intense look on its face. She was mortified, but honestly, I framed it for her. It's way more memorable than a boring get well cat.
