Picked the "silver knight" AI prompt over the "neon dragon" one for a forest mashup and got a tree with a sword stuck in its bark instead of a glowing reptile

The tree looked cool I guess but not a single scale or sparkle anywhere, has anyone else had your mashup render the complete wrong half of the mix?

Hasn't that happened to all of us at some point? I used to think the prompts were pretty straightforward, but after trying to blend a "rustic cottage" with "cyberpunk drone" and getting a normal house with a broken satellite dish on the roof, I realized the system really struggles with pulling the themes together equally. It is frustrating, but at least the tree with the sword sounds like it had some character to it.

So did the percentages actually fix the problem, or did the AI just ignore the numbers and do its own thing anyway?

Gotta disagree with you a little there @william_henderson. I actually think the system does exactly what you tell it, it just interprets things literally without any sense of nuance. You asked for a rustic cottage with a cyberpunk drone and got exactly that - a cottage with a drone on it. It's not trying to blend themes into something cool, it's just mashing keywords together like a child with fridge magnets. The tree with the sword probably looked cool by accident, not because the AI understood what it was doing. I've had way better luck by being super specific about proportions and placement, like "a 70% modern kitchen and 30% Victorian wallpaper" instead of just saying "mix Victorian and modern.
