The vendor contract review that ate 3 weeks over one comma

Client sent over a standard influencer deal, I flagged a clause about usage rights. Their lawyer insisted it was fine, my lawyer said no. Took 17 emails and a call with their compliance guy in Portland before they admitted the comma changed everything. Has anyone else had a single punctuation mark stall a whole campaign?
