Nearly got sued over a missing signature line

Sent out a service agreement for a $12k campaign. Client signed but my paralegal noticed we forgot the indemnity clause. Had to scrap the whole contract and start over. Ever had a tiny error blow up into a legal headache?

See this kind of stuff everywhere now. I was at a coffee shop last week and the cashier rang me up wrong because she skipped one button on the screen. The whole order got messed up and she had to call her manager over. One tiny detail can throw everything off, whether it's code or just daily life.
