My client's contract didn't have a kill fee clause and a project got canceled after 80 hours of work.
It happened last month when a client pulled out after we'd already started the campaign build. Has anyone else had to add specific cancellation terms after getting burned?

Ugh, that's the worst! I once had a client ghost me after a whole site redesign was basically done. Total radio silence.
