Just realized my agency's contract review backlog hit 47 files. That's a whole new level of 'oh no'.

Sounds like someone needs to invent a time machine just to get back to last Tuesday. How do you even start on a pile that big, just close your eyes and point? That's not a backlog, that's a whole second job waiting for you.

Ugh, that's everywhere now. It feels like every job is just managing a pile of invisible work that never gets smaller.
