Just paid $400 for a generic client contract template online and it's missing key clauses.
Our agency almost signed a deal with a huge liability gap because the template didn't cover data breach indemnity. Has anyone used a better service for custom agency agreements?

Our lawyer found three huge holes in a template we almost used last year.

Templates can be a decent starting point, but they're not a safety net. You still need to know what should be in there, which kind of defeats the purpose for most people lol. Paying for a real review is the only way to be sure.
