Hit 50 client contracts this quarter and it totally caught me off guard

I've been running my little agency for about 3 years now, mostly doing contract reviews for smaller firms. Last week I was just tallying up Q3 numbers and realized I signed my 50th client since July. That number surprised me because I never set formal growth goals, I just kept taking referrals. Has anyone else suddenly hit a milestone they weren't tracking and had to rethink how they structure their workload?

Wow, that's a good problem to have, but I bet it snuck up on you. When you're just running on word of mouth, you don't always see the big picture until you stop and count. The thing about 50 contracts is that you're probably doing a lot of the same type of work over and over, but with different clients. You might want to look at where your time is actually going now. For example, if half those clients are asking for the same kind of basic review every month, you could set up a simple template or a checklist to cut down the back and forth. That way you free up space for the bigger, more complex jobs that pay better and keep things interesting.

Forty-nine of those contracts are probably just one person who keeps changing their name and asking the same question, @mia748. I'm only half joking, I've had that happen.
