Had a client threaten to sue over a typo in their contract address
I was sitting in a conference room in downtown Austin last Tuesday when this guy starts yelling about how we miswrote 'Elm Street' instead of 'Elm Avenue' and claims it voids the whole thing. My boss laughed and pulled up the state statute on scrivener's errors, but has anyone else dealt with a client who goes nuclear over something that minor?

Honestly I pulled up similar laws and offered to fix the address for free.
