Found a loophole in our client contracts that saved us $12k last quarter

I noticed our standard scope of work didn't specify email revisions count, so a client kept asking for 10+ rounds. I added a cap of 3 revisions per deliverable and it cut our overtime by half - has anyone else found hidden budget drains in their agreements?

Oh wait that's actually a smart fix but isn't it more of a scope creep issue than a loophole? The contract wasn't really broken you just hadn't spelled out the limits. Still good catch though saving $12k is nothing to sneeze at.

Scope creep is still a loophole when you find it before they do.

$12k is a solid reminder that every contract has hidden value if you look close enough.
