Just learned the "Where's the Beef?" lady was 81 when she filmed that ad
Clara Peller was a retired manicurist from Chicago and the ad ran in 1984, and I found this out on a random retro TV blog last night, so now I need to know which old spokesperson surprised you the most when you looked up their real story.
