That fake ASMR chip ad got me so mad I filed a complaint with the FTC from my kitchen table
I was scrolling at 11pm last Tuesday when a 45 second ad popped up showing someone whispering over a bag of chips, and the crunch sound was so loud and gross I actually threw my phone on the couch. I hit the little info button, opened the ad library, grabbed the brand name, and sent a complaint to the FTC site since the volume was cranked way past normal and they tagged it as a sleep aid. Did anyone else report that one, or am I the only person who treats these things like a full time job?
