Update: dropped $60 on an 'ad copy makeover' from a guy on Fiverr and wow

The gig promised to rewrite my shop's Facebook ad for a local car wash promo here in Fresno. What I got back was my exact ad with "WOW!" and "AMAZING!" stapled in front of every line, plus a note saying I owed $25 more for a "premium emoji pack." Three of the five exclamation marks were doubled up and one sentence just said "Car wash so good you will scream." Anyone got a real person they use for cheap copy edits, or should I just go back to writing it myself at 3 in the morning?
