Tried to make fun of that 45 second Cabo mattress ad and now I know the whole jingle
Last week I pulled up that Cabo San Lucas mattress commercial just to laugh at the dolphin mascot with my roommate. I watched it maybe 3 times to grab a screenshot for this sub, and by Friday I was humming the jingle while doing dishes. That dumb 45 second spot had one repeating line and a cheap synth loop, and my brain latched onto it harder than any song I actually like. I get now why local spots lean on repetition, it works even when you're laughing at it. Anyone got a trick for getting a jingle out of your head besides just waiting it out?
