Vent: that Cheez-It ad where the crackers scream has been stuck in my head for 3 days
I saw this ad on Hulu while watching a basketball game and the crackers all have mouths and start shrieking when someone eats them. I get that they want people talking about it, but I have not bought Cheez-Its in 2 years and now I keep saying the scream when I open a box. Does this count as a smash for the brand or did they mess up by making the food look haunted?

Wait, so you're telling me the crackers are screaming and you still opened the box? That's on you, buddy. But for real, making the food look like it's in pain before you eat it is a bold move. Most ads try to make you hungry, not feel like a monster for having a snack. I'd say they got people talking, but nobody's out here craving haunted crackers.
