Can we talk about that dog food ad where the dog drives a car and the whole thing is just a 45 second lie
I was scrolling at like 11pm on a Tuesday and caught this spot for a kibble brand where a golden retriever hops in the driver's seat and cruises to the store. My own dog won't even get in the car without a treat bribe, so I pulled up the brand page out of spite. Turns out the dog is a trained stunt animal named Biscuit and the car was on a flatbed the entire shoot. They got 2 million views in a week though, so I guess making zero sense is the whole point now. Did this one actually sell you, or did you also spend ten minutes trying to figure out if a dog can legally drive?
