Vent: Old Spice quietly swapped the guy's towel color in their 2010 ad and I can't stop thinking about it
I was rewatching old ads on YouTube with my roommate in Baltimore and pulled up the Old Spice "the man your man could smell like" spot from 2010. Compared it to the version running now on their channel and the towel went from white to a darker shade, plus they cropped the horse out of the frame at the end. I mean I get why brands touch this stuff up, but changing the towel feels random unless someone complained. Has anyone else caught a reupload where a small prop got changed and there's zero explanation for it?
