Update: that regional car dealership jingle with the wrong phone digits ran for 3 weeks
So this local dealership near Toledo put out a summer jingle and the announcer clearly says "call 419-555-" and then cuts to a totally different take where his mouth is still moving but the audio flatlines. I slow-moed it with a free app on my laptop and counted 14 frames where his lips say a different area code than what's on the screen. It took me almost 4 hours and 3 rewatches to clip it side by side because my first upload kept flagging the music, and I had to strip the audio twice. The best part is they fixed the jingle but they left the same dead air in the most recent cut from last Sunday. Has anyone else caught an ad where the voice and the lips are clearly two different people?
