My sister pointed out that I say the word 'moisturizer' out loud when I scroll past those ads, and now my feed is 90% skin stuff
She noticed it 3 weeks ago while we were on the couch in Denver, and I laughed it off. Now every third ad is for some jade roller or snail cream I never searched for. Does muting the ad even work, or do I just have to live like this now?

Ha, muting the ad only hides that one, so just stop saying it and they'll dry up in a week.
