Saw that clip of the weatherman taking a header into the Ohio River while doing a live segment 2 years ago and his TikTok is STILL just people commenting the same joke. Does he even try to make new content or did he just accept his fate?

He still can't escape the memes" is right. Dude needs to lean into it hard. Post a video of himself fake falling into a kiddie pool every time the weather gets rainy. Do a "river dive" reaction to his own clip on YouTube. Make a merch line with a cartoon of his face splashing into water. That's the only way out. You can't fight the joke. You gotta surf the wave until it dies down.

Oh man, I did something similar once when I accidentally became the "runny nose guy" at my old job. I just leaned in, brought tissues to every meeting, made jokes about it. People dropped it way faster once they saw I wasn't bothered.
