Question about that guy who went viral for his terrible karaoke video
So I saw this clip on TikTok a few months back, just a regular guy named Greg absolutely butchering 'Sweet Caroline' at a bar in Omaha. He was off-key, forgot half the words, but he was having the time of his life. The video got like 8 million views in a week. Now he's got a verified account and local news did a story on him. It's wild because he wasn't trying to be famous, he was just having fun with friends. Makes you think about how random it all is. What's the most 'normal person' viral fame story you've seen lately?

That Greg story really shows how random it all is. My advice if that ever happens to you is to just lean into it and be yourself. Don't try to make a second video chasing the first one's magic. I saw a guy go viral for fixing his mailbox in a funny way, and when he tried to do more skits, people lost interest fast. The ones who keep the attention are just normal about it. What do you think he should do next?

Exactly. The poor guy's probably staring at his phone right now, wondering if he should film himself making a sandwich with the same confused energy. Just go back to posting pictures of your dog, Greg. The internet already gave you its one weird gift.

That "one weird gift" line reminds me of my cousin's cat video that got big for no clear reason.
