My kid's meltdown at the Phoenix Zoo got us 2 million views

He was crying because a peacock wouldn't share his snack, and someone filmed it. Now people recognize us at the grocery store and ask about the 'peacock incident'.

My cousin's wedding video went viral because a goose stole the ring bearer's pillow. It got like 800,000 views. The couple ended up selling the story to some morning show. Now every family event someone jokes about hiring a goose.

Oh, that's a different zoo. The peacocks that walk around free are at the Wildlife World Zoo, over in Litchfield Park. The Phoenix Zoo has them in an aviary. Your kid would have had to really work to get that close to one there.
