I got 2 million views for dropping a wrench in a sink
I was fixing a leak under a kitchen sink in a house in Tempe last month. My phone was propped up to film the repair for a client. I dropped a wrench, it hit the garbage disposal switch, and the whole thing turned on with a loud clang. I jumped and yelled something dumb. Posted the clip to TikTok as a joke. Woke up to 2 million views and 50,000 new followers in 12 hours. Now people ask for plumbing advice in my comments. Has anyone else had a boring work clip blow up like that?

Wait, are we really calling dropping a wrench a "career" move now? I mean, yeah it's funny you got that many views, but turning a dumb accident into actual plumbing advice feels like a stretch. Most of those followers probably just wanted a laugh, not a tutorial on pipe fittings.
