Got famous for three days because my cat sat on a keyboard and posted gibberish to my work Slack
Last Tuesday my cat walked across my laptop while I was on a break and sent a string of random characters to the whole company Slack channel. Someone screen-shotted it, it hit Reddit, and suddenly I had strangers messaging me asking about my cat's 'philosophical manifesto.' Any other pet owners deal with accidental internet fame you didn't ask for?

The whole "philosophical manifesto" thing is people reading way too much into a cat walking on a keyboard. My dog once knocked my phone into the toilet and it auto-dialed my mom. No one called it a manifesto, they just called it a butt dial. @the_nina is right that we accept chaos, but let's not pretend a cat typing "asdkjfhg" is some deep commentary on modern life. It's just a cat being a cat. Strangers acting like it's profound is the real joke here.
