Appreciation post: My messy cafe photo got 2 million views in one day

Last Thursday I was at a coffee shop in Nashville and my latte art came out TERRIBLE. Like it looked like a deformed blob. I snapped a photo of it as a joke and uploaded it to a coffee group. Then someone reposted it on Twitter and suddenly I'm getting messages from news sites and people asking to use my photo. I still can't believe a bad pour turned into my 15 minutes of fame. Has anyone else had a random failure turn into internet attention for no reason?

That 2 million number is crazy though. It's like the internet decided that one ugly latte was the most relatable thing ever. I guess everyone's had a morning where their coffee just looks like garbage and they needed to see someone else's too.
