Shoutout to the crew at Blake's on Central who messed up my order 3 times

Went to Blake's Lotaburger on Central near Eubank last Saturday for a breakfast burrito. Asked for green chile and bacon, got it with no chile and sausage instead. Sent it back, second one had no bacon. Third time they forgot the tortilla was even burnt. I just ate it cold and left. Anyone else given up on a specific spot in town?

I counted once and Blake's on Central has messed up my order 7 out of the last 10 times I went there. The weird thing is the one on Lomas and San Mateo never gets it wrong, same franchise. I think the Central location has a training problem, or maybe they just rush everything. Last time I got a breakfast burrito from there the egg was straight up grey, like they cooked it on a flat top that hadn't been cleaned in a week.

That gray egg thing is something I've seen before at a different spot. There's a diner over on Montgomery that used to have this ancient flat top, and everything came out looking like it had been cooked on a fossil. One time I ordered scrambled eggs there and they were actually crunchy on the outside. The cook told me it was "caramelized" but it was definitely just burnt on grease that had been building up since the 90s. I swear some places treat their grills like heirlooms instead of cleaning them.
