Question about that new coffee shop on Central that took over the old laundromat

I waited in line for 15 minutes last Saturday only to have them run out of cold brew by 10 AM, has anyone else had trouble getting what they ordered there?

Heard my buddy waited 20 minutes for a drip coffee that never came.

Is it possible they were just slammed and honestly forgot though? lol like I've definitely had those days at my old job where a ticket fell through the cracks and someone waited way too long. Bummer for your buddy obviously, but one bad experience doesn't mean a place doesn't care, sometimes it's just a dumb mistake. I'd give them another shot before writing them off completely.

Yeah I used to defend places like that. Thought maybe they get busy or short staffed. But 20 minutes for drip coffee that's insane. @nancygrant your buddy had every right to walk out. That's not a busy day that's just bad service. Changed my mind completely. Some spots just don't care anymore and we shouldn't make excuses for them.
