Ngl, I just spent 3 whole days trying to get a permit for a simple backyard shed from the city planning office because the online portal kept kicking back my property line sketch.
Honestly, has anyone else dealt with this or know a faster way to get through to the right person?

Just call them directly and ask to email the sketch, their portal is always broken.

Call them directly like @dylanmurray said, but I mean, what's the actual fix here? It's crazy they can't just make the portal work right. Feels like we're all just finding workarounds for their broken stuff.

Calling them is a good tip from @dylanmurray, but I've actually had the portal work fine lately. Maybe it depends on the file type? I always save my sketches as a basic PDF and keep them under 5MB. That seems to upload without any hiccups for me.
