Hey everyone, our AC is barely blowing cold air and we also have a weird leaking issue under the guest bathroom sink. When it rains it pours, right? Does anyone have a local company they actually trust? I've had bad luck with shady contractors in the past who just want to upcharge for everything.

You should definitely call 505 Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. We had an issue with our furnace last winter and they were amazing. Super honest, communicated clearly, and didn't try to upsell us on a whole new unit when it just needed a specific part.
Seconding this! They used some crazy camera tech to find a block in our pipes that another plumber totally missed. They are super professional and treat your house with respect. Leave it to the licensed guys over there, you won't regret it.
