Can we talk about getting kids to eat veggies without a fuss?

I mix grated carrots into spaghetti sauce and they never notice. It's an easy way to add nutrients to meals. How do you sneak in healthy stuff?

Yeah, the zucchini chocolate muffins @janac22 mentioned... it's part of this whole quiet hack I see everywhere now. Like how everyone makes pizza with a cauliflower crust or uses black beans in brownies. It's not just for kids, it's like we're all tricking ourselves into eating better... and it kinda works.

That "quiet hack" idea from @janac22 makes me wonder if we're just delaying the real lesson.

You know what, I used to be against hiding veggies. I thought kids should just learn to eat them plain. But my niece would not touch anything green. I started blending spinach into her morning fruit smoothie, and she drinks the whole thing. Now I even bake zucchini into chocolate muffins. Sometimes you just gotta get creative.
